2. Battery solidification roomTechnical performance:
2.1 The curing and drying processes of the raw board can be completed automatically in one go, or can be operated independently as a single item.
2.2 The touch screen PLC is used for closed-loop control of various parameters of the system, displaying the operating status and real-time parameters of each curing and drying chamber, recording historical parameters (curves), and immediately sounding an audible and visual alarm when the system runs abnormally, and prompting the operator to handle the fault. Operated in Chinese, with semi-automatic and automatic control functions.
2.3 Imported temperature and humidity sensors have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, anti fog and acid resistance, and long service life.
2.4 Adopting efficient atomizing nozzles and three-dimensional air distribution method for hot air circulation, the circulating fan adopts variable frequency control, and the air volume is infinitely set on the touch screen. Different circulating air volumes can be selected for curing and drying stages to ensure uniform humidity and temperature throughout the room.
2.5 Each unit can store 10 sets of different curing and drying process parameters, with each set consisting of no less than 7 segments.
2.6 Use steam to heat the circulating air through a heat exchanger or electric heating method to provide the required heat.
